Look at Jesus! | John 1:19-34

In a world that constantly tells us to look at ourselves, John the Baptist points us in a different direction: “Don’t look at me. Look at Jesus!”

In this sermon from John 1:19–34, we explore Jesus as the promised Deliverer who came not merely to change our circumstances, but to address our deepest need: the forgiveness of sin and new life through the Holy Spirit.

John the Baptist reminds us that our calling is not to seek our own glory, but to point others to the One who alone is worthy of our attention and worship.

Behold the Lamb of God! Jesus gave His life to take away our sin and offers new life through His Spirit. As we fix our eyes on Him, we find freedom from self-centeredness and a renewed purpose to make Him known.
