Gospel Foundations of Discipleship

People who are Christians, members of the Kingdom of God who have been born again, are fundamentally “disciples.” But what is a disciple? How does one become a disciple, and what are the fundamental realities that undergird our growth as disciples? Jesus’s final command gives us a hint: Disciples have been washed clean of sin, given new identities, and empowered to a new way of living.
